What we collect
Account details (such as your email), the pet profiles and health information you choose to enter (symptoms, wellness notes and medications), and basic, non-identifying usage and device data.
How we use it
To provide the core features — symptom triage, wellness tracking and medication reminders — and to keep the app secure and improve it over time.
AI processing
When you run a symptom check, the text you enter is sent to our AI provider to generate guidance. It is used only to produce your result, not to personally identify you.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that host the app and power its AI features, and only as needed to operate the service.
Security & retention
We use reasonable measures to protect your data and keep it only as long as your account is active. You can delete pets, logs and your account at any time.
Your choices
You may access, export or delete your information from within the app or by contacting us.
Children
PetCare AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
